Well, I haven't drawn one of these kinds of breeds so I decided to try it out. I don't think I exaggerated enough on him. Eh. The next one will be better. Also, here are a few other pet caricatures I did over the past couple of days.

Life Sketches and Animal Caricature

I was at Barnes and Noble today just sketching some random people. This is an exercise I need to do more often since I haven't committed to on-the-spot sketches in a long time. I felt so rusty, but I managed a few shots.

Also, I decided to do another animal caricature for fun looking at Bark magazine and other pet fancy magazines for reference. I did a bunch of them earlier this year and it's somethings that invigorates me and would be fun to do as freelance for people's pets on the side. Sketches for a Variation on Alice in Wonderland

This was a little freelance thingy I did. I just did a simple turnaround of the characters; no real fancy full-blown model sheet. What I did here that I usually don't do is commit the same pose of the characters throughout their profile. It was an experiment, but varying the positions is a lot more fun.

I did this the other day to kill time. It was a lot of fun to break from existing projects and do this. Right outta Sketchbook Pro, my favorite program!

The Sample Pages Now Inked

All I've been doing as of late has been inking inking inking. No drawing. Let's see if I can finish the whole twenty pages in the middle of this month!
